AJ Services was formed in 2009 by Adam Jones, having been brought up from an early age working alongside his father on building sites, he knew very early on that this was the area of work he wanted to set up his own business.
As he found a hunger to earn money he started to rebel against the education system and would go to work on a regular basis. Just after his 15th Birthday he left school and started working on a construction site in Luton. With the money he earned from this he had leaflets printed and would distribute them with any spare time he had. Before long he was getting phones calls from every direction possible and realised that traveling to Luton to work would soon need to end. He was using the skills he had learned to carry out work that people needed doing. As time progressed onwards Adam decided to hone his skills onto one area of work in particular, he was no longer satisfied with doing odd jobs and wanted to perfect one discipline of work he found enjoyable and wanted to do for the rest of his life.
As time passed by Adam took more fondly to the roofing side of things and started to do bigger and more versatile jobs, before he knew it he was starting to get recommendations from all over from people who were very happy with the work he had done. This is when he knew that the amount of work that was coming in, was starting to get too much for just him to handle. He went about hiring other workers and qualified tradesmen that he knew he could work with and keep the same standards of work intact, it was at this moment AJ Services was formed.
